Services for the UnderServed
I worked with my colleagues at Town Hall to increase brand recognition and grow community support for Services for the UnderServed — one of the largest social service and housing organizations in New York City.
Using Town Hall’s recently created campaign style guide and fully developed audience personas, we created a hero video that told the story of real New Yorkers who have thrive from S:US’s support.
In addition to the hero video, we created an email drip campaign to welcome new leads and direct viewers toward S:US’s updated landing pages. To enhance our campaign, we built out a suite of organic and paid media social assets to help drive engagement and landing page visits.
