The objective of this campaign was to increase broad awareness in Chicagoland that Pace is actively hiring for a variety of positions in numerous locations.

We utilized Pace’s existing owned media and fleet to promote Pace’s hiring campaign. Utilizing the existing fleet provided us the opportunity to keep the hiring message in market for an extended period of time. Buses were wrapped with the campaign messaging and car cards were designed to enforce the messaging within the buses. Digital advertisements were placed on Pace-owned bus shelters and billboards were purchased within close proximity to Pace garages and Pace’s Arlington Heights HQ.
